Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital files may not be:

  • Shared, distributed, or resold

  • Uploaded to file-sharing websites

  • Used to create competing products

  • Reproduced for commercial purposes

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

Production and shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Wonderwood Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products are non-refundable.
